Yes we do! You can check it here. 

 

When is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week. 

 

I have a problem with my order - 

Please notify us immediately of any discrepancies or damages with your order.

 

My order did not arrive -

Delivery times are quoted in good faith, however we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries caused by circumstances out of our control such as customs. 

 

Can I cancel my order? 

Once your order has been placed if you would like to cancel or make amendments to your order please contact online-shop@irinaan.com Please aim to do as soon as possible. If the order has left the studio then we may not be able to make any amendments and you will need to follow the returns process .

 

I can’t find the products I am looking for - 

If you would like to enquire about an item that is out of stock or from a past season please contact online-shop@irinaan.com

 

Do you offer bespoke tailoring - 

Yes we do, please contact the online-shop@irinaan.com with your specific requirements to see if we are able to help.

 

I’ve received a message/ email saying my order has been dispatched – when will this be delivered? 

The message/ email will advise an estimated delivery date along with your tracking number. You will then receive a further message on the day of delivery.

  

How do I track my order? - 

You will receive an email, notifying you that orders have been shipped together with a tracking number. You can go to the shipping company here enter your tracking number.

 

Do you accept returns/exchanges? 

Please check our Returns Page for all the details about returns and exchanges.

 

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept Paypal and all major credit and debit cards. Please note that all payments are charged in Sterling Pounds. The final amount reflected on your bill may differ depending on the exchange rate at the time your bank processes the transaction.
